What we collect
When you call, message us on WhatsApp, or use this website, we may collect: your name, phone number, and anything you choose to share about your dental concern, appointment preferences, or (for corporate and medical-tourism enquiries) your company name or travel plans. If you send X-rays or photos for a remote case review, we keep those as part of your treatment record.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, schedule and provide treatment, maintain your dental records, and follow up on your care. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or medical information with third parties for marketing purposes.
WhatsApp & phone
Messages sent to our WhatsApp number and calls to our clinic number are handled directly by clinic staff. Standard WhatsApp and telecom-provider terms also apply to those channels, separately from this policy.
Cookies & advertising measurement
This website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking. When you arrive from one of our Google ads, cookies record that visit, and they note when you tap our Call or WhatsApp buttons. This tells us which ads help patients reach us. Google may process this data as described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. We do not send your name, phone number or health information to Google. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.
How long we keep it
Treatment and patient records are retained for as long as is reasonable and customary for dental care, so we can refer back to your history at future visits.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete non-clinical contact details. Call or WhatsApp us at 099455 39225 to make a request.
Contact us about privacy
