π¦· How many teeth
One implant with one crown, a bridge on two or more implants, or a full set of fixed teeth on a few implants. The number of implants is the biggest factor.

Replace one missing tooth, several, or a full mouth with teeth that are fixed in place and chew like your own. Implants are the treatment Dr. Farooq has focused on for most of his 26 years.
Know your full cost before you start: after an examination and X-ray imaging, you get a clear written plan and quote for your own case. The consultation is free when you go ahead with treatment.
Typical timelines. Healing time depends on your bone, your health and the type of implant work, and we explain your own timeline at the assessment.
There is no single price for “an implant”, so we don’t publish a list. Two people missing one tooth can need quite different work. What we do instead: examine you, take X-ray images, and give you a clear quote for your own case before anything starts.

If bone has shrunk after a long gap, extra steps may be needed to support the implant. The X-ray shows this before you decide, so it isn’t a surprise later.
The type of crown, bridge or full-arch teeth fitted on the implants, and whether a temporary tooth is needed while you heal.
Whether the implant can go in the day a tooth is removed, or needs a separate healing stage first.
The options that suit you, the number of visits, the timeline and the cost of each stage, explained before you agree to anything.
The consultation is free when you go ahead with treatment. Annual Dental Plan members get 7.5% off treatment (up to ₹5,000) and unlimited free consultations.

A dental implant is a small post, usually made of titanium, placed in the jaw where a tooth root used to be. Over a few months the bone bonds to it. A connector (the abutment) and a custom-made crown then go on top, so the new tooth is anchored like a natural one.
Because an implant replaces the root as well, it helps keep the jaw bone from shrinking where a tooth is missing. Neighbouring teeth don’t need to be cut down to support it, as they would for a bridge.
Most healthy adults can have implants. Conditions like uncontrolled diabetes, heavy smoking or active gum disease need attention first. We check all of this at your assessment.

Which of these suits you depends on how many teeth are missing, the bone you have, and how you want the result to feel.
One implant with one crown, replacing a single missing tooth. The teeth on either side are left untouched.
Two or more implants carry a bridge of three or more teeth, so you don’t need one implant for every missing tooth.
A complete set of fixed teeth for the upper or lower jaw, supported on a few implants. It’s cleaned in place and doesn’t come out at night.
Your denture clips onto two or more implants, so it stops slipping when you eat and talk, yet you can still take it out to clean.
In suitable cases, the implant goes in the same day the old tooth is removed, saving a separate healing stage.
If bone has shrunk after a long gap, extra steps may be needed to rebuild it before or during placement. We’ll tell you clearly if this applies to you.
All three replace missing teeth. They differ in how they’re held in place and how they age.
Held by: its own root in the bone.
Neighbouring teeth: left untouched.
Feel: closest to a natural tooth, fixed in place.
Bone: helps preserve it.
Held by: the teeth on either side, which are trimmed for crowns.
Neighbouring teeth: carry extra load.
Feel: fixed, but flossing under it takes care.
Bone: can shrink under the gap.
Held by: the gums, clasps or suction.
Neighbouring teeth: may carry clasps.
Feel: can move when eating; comes out at night.
Bone: continues to shrink over time.
An examination and detailed X-ray imaging measure the bone and locate nerves and sinuses, so the implant can be positioned safely.

Under local anaesthetic, the implant is placed in the jaw. A single implant is usually done in one sitting, and most people go back to normal routines the next day.
Over roughly 3–6 months the bone bonds to the implant. Where needed, you wear a temporary tooth so there’s no visible gap.
The abutment and a custom-shaded crown, bridge or full set are fitted and adjusted until your bite feels right.
Regular check-ups and cleaning keep the gum around the implant healthy. That’s the biggest factor in how long it lasts.

Patients tell us what they value most is the honesty: a clear explanation of what’s possible with your bone, what isn’t, and what each option involves, before you commit to anything.

WhatsApp us what’s bothering you (a photo or old X-ray helps), or call 099455 39225. Calls are answered 9 am–9 pm, every day.
We’ll offer a slot that suits you (Mon–Sat, 10 am–2 pm or 5 pm–8:30 pm) and tell you if anything is needed beforehand.

The area is numbed with local anaesthetic, so you feel pressure rather than pain. Most patients describe the following days as mild soreness, managed with ordinary painkillers.
With good cleaning and regular reviews, implants can last many years. The crown on top may need replacing at some point because of normal wear. How long yours lasts depends heavily on your oral hygiene and habits like smoking.
Age itself is rarely the limit. General health and bone matter more. Many older patients choose implants to replace loose dentures.
Often yes, if your sugar levels are well controlled. We’ll ask about your health and may work with your doctor before planning treatment.
In some cases a temporary tooth can be fitted soon after placement. Whether that’s safe depends on how firmly the implant sits in your bone, which we check at the time.
We don’t publish price lists, because cost depends on how many implants you need, your bone and the type of teeth fitted on top. You’ll get a full quote at your assessment, and the consultation is free when you go ahead with treatment.
